Before I had Jason -????

I didn’t know the feeling of having my heart outside my body. I didn’t know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn’t understand that special bond between a mother and her child.I never imagined that something so small could make me feel so important

I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known The warmth, The joy, The love, The heartache, The wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mother. I didn’t know I was capable of feeling so much before I was a Mom.

Now I realize that being a mom means so much more than I ever thought!

Tribute to my mothers

As I Look Back…
As I look back on my life
I find myself wondering…
Did I remember to thank you
for all that you have done for me?
For all of the times you were by my side
to help me celebrate my successes
and accept my defeats?
Or for teaching me the value of hard work,
good judgement, courage, and honesty?
I wonder if I’ve ever thanked you
for the simple things…
The laughter, smiles, and quiet times we’ve shared?
If I have forgotten to express my gratitude
For any of these things,
I am thanking you now…
and I am hoping that you’ve known all along,
how very much you are loved and appreciated.

I specially celebrate all the mothers in the world, new moms, Grand mums, great grand mums etc… All mothers!
