JOLLOF Rice has a special place in all our hearts, I haven’t really come across any Nigerian or African who is not a fan of JOLLOF Rice. Today is world JOLLOF rice day and we are joining the rest of Africa and the world to celebrate this day.
I remember my broke ass Uni days when I would crave Jollof so badly, most times what was sold in the restaurants were more of Curry rice and not JOLLOF. So there was this quick student style my best friend and I always made at least twice a week.
In honor of this day, I made a quick video of it. Not the complete JOLLOF but the next best thing at the time. I remember those days and I thank God for little mercies.
